Entrée

  •    Soup of the day: Cauliflower & Bacon, Pumpkin, Cream of Mushroom, Thai Chicken & Sweet Corn
  •       Filo pastry basket filled with fetta, mozzarella cheese, baby spinach, sundried tomatoes & mushroom with a parsley & herb sauce.
  •     Grilled prawns lightly seasoned with garlic & chilli served on a tropical Asian salad & finished with an avocado & lime aioli.
  •       Rosemary marinated batons of lamb loin accompanied by savoury cheesecake with plum sauce.
  •       Veal Medallions pan seared and served with fried gnocchi, bush tomato chutney and a rich jus.
  •       Chicken tenderloins resting on a bed of jasmine, coconut & coriander rice topped with satay sauce.

 

Mains

  •       200 gram eye fillet wrapped in bacon, cooked medium & served on a bacon & spring onion mash with béarnaise sauce.
  •     Oven baked corn fed chicken breast with a hint of lavender honey served on a parmesan & leek risotto finished with a fig glaze.
  •     Marinated lamb loin wrapped in prosciutto presented on sweet potato mash with a rosella glaze.
  •       Grilled loin of Queensland swordfish topped with avocado & tomato salsa served on garlic roasted potatoes, salad greens and preserved lemon butter sauce.
  •      Maryland of duck, slow roasted & served with fondant potatoes & blood orange sauce.
  •       Pork loin steak served on creamed potato truffle with a lavender honey & mustard sauce.

All main meals served with market fresh vegetables

  •    Hazelnut & toffee brulee served with vanilla bean ice cream
  • Warm sticky date presented on butterscotch sauce.
