Just a quick note to thank you for making our wedding reception so fantastic. Your assistance with organizing, preparing, setting up and listening to us much exceeded our expectations. We have had nothing but wonderful compliments on the setting, the food, attention to detail, the impeccable service and how smoothly everything flowed. Our son Nathan got married there on 29/09/07. I would like to congratulate your team on providing us with the greatest experience one could hope to have for a wedding. Everything from the Accommodation to the reception room was fant5astic! I really appreciated that there was yourself, Jon & Nicole in the garden to help distract me as I was really nervous at that stage. All the staff that served at our wedding reception were fantastic!! It has been a long time since I have written a letter of this nature and it gives me much pleasure in doing so.

We were recently guests at the apartments while attending our son's wedding.

It is hard to express how impressed we were with the standard of service we received and even more impressed with your staff- from cleaners to reception - and most of all your Function Manager, John, and his restaurant staff from chef to waiters and waitresses. I have never attended a function that was run so professionally while all the time all were made feel welcome and comfortable.

The waitresses were all very friendly and pleasant and carried out their duties first class. One lass who deserves mention by name is Amanda. She served us at dinner on Friday night and again at breakfast Saturday as well as serving at the wedding reception and never did her demeanour falter. She always had a smile on her face and a friendly word for everyone. She certainly helped make our stay even more enjoyable.

I congratulate you on your staff and ask you to please pass on out thanks and thoughts to them.

We would like to pass on our sincere appreciation to you, the management and staff at Mt Ommaney Hotel Apartments and Somerset Restaurant for our wonderful wedding.

Many of our guests commented on the wonderful attitude of the staff, which added to everyone's enjoyment. The food was outstanding, and I can assure you no one was hungry.

Our thanks must also go to Martin who provided wonderful music that we knew the words to and kept everyone dancing until the last. Some of our guests I had not seen dance in years, twirled around the dance floor.
